market position across EMEA.\nReporting to the Dry Bulk Sales Specialist Team Lead, this role requires a proactive, commercially driven individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding revenue targets.\nKey Responsibilities\nGrow a defined book of business for Kpler’s Dry Bulk products across the EMEA region, including both new prospects and existing Kpler clients.\nDrive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying opportunities through to pitching, negotiation and closing Kpler Dry Bulk solutions.\nAchieve and exceed annual revenue targets through consistent pipeline development, opportunity management and new business generation.\nDevelop a deep understanding of Kpler’s Dry Bulk offering and position our Metals, Mining, Agriculture and Freight solutions as strategic solutions for clients.\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities, opening new markets and securing new Kpler Dry Bulk clients across priority EMEA markets.\nCollaborate closely with Data and Research teams to ensure client feedback and market intelligence inform product development and positioning.\nPartner with Marketing and Business Development to generate and nurture inbound and outbound leads across the EMEA market.\nMonitor and report sales performance, pipeline health and key metrics through Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.\nMaintain competitive awareness by tracking market developments and competitor offerings, sharing relevant intelligence with internal stakeholders.\nRepresent Kpler’s Dry Bulk solutions at regional industry events, conferences and client meetings to strengthen market visibility and develop new relationships.\nSkills and Experience\n3+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role, ideally with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets in a B2B environment.\nStrong understanding of the Dry Bulk sector, with experience selling data-driven or research-based products and the ability to articulate how Kpler’s Dry Bulk solutions can drive value.\nProven experience managing a regional or defined book of business, with ownership of pipeline generation, client engagement and renewals.\nExperience within the Dry Bulk space, particularly across Metals and Mining, Agriculture or Dry Bulk Freight.\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify market trends and connect them to client opportunities.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling value propositions to senior stakeholders.\nExperience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, with disciplined management of pipeline and forecasting activities.\nStrong commercial drive and a focus on achieving revenue growth while building long-term client partnerships.\nProfessional-level English, written and spoken.\nNice to have\nPrevious experience collaborating with Product, Research and Marketing teams to influence go-to-market or product strategy.\nPrevious New Business / New Logo sales experience.\nExperience working across regional markets and with cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultural
