You will:\nLead and develop a multicultural team, creating a supportive and motivated working environment.\nCoordinate and deliver multiple AML projects to a high standard and within tight deadlines.\nCollaborate with colleagues in offshore locations as part of project delivery.\nWork with a diversified portfolio of clients across banks, insurance companies, PSFs, management companies and funds.\nApply your knowledge of Luxembourg AML requirements and the EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR) to AML testing assignments.\nEngage with internal and external stakeholders, using clear communication and effective negotiation skills.\n The perfect candidate\nYou are a proactive and collaborative professional who:\nHas at least five years of experience in a Big Four firm or in a compliance role.\nHas strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML law and the EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR).\nHas a proven track record of managing and developing multicultural teams, including collaboration with offshore locations.\nHas excellent communication, negotiation, organization and planning skills, and is confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders.\nIs fluent in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.\nHas a legal background (preferred).\nHolds an ACAMS certification (an advantage).\nWhat you will get\nWe offer more than just a job.
