Your Opportunity

As a Workplace Services Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our Sydney, Barangaroo Workplace team, responsible for coordinating the resources necessary to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently, while helping to curate a positive experience for all internal and external visitors.

You will be responsible for developing strong long-term relationships with staff and building management teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate, schedule and track the planned preventative maintenance program.
  • Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.
  • Log and follow up on maintenance and cleaning requests across both tenancy and common areas.
  • Report on any outstanding tasks and escalate items not completed within agreed SLAs to contractors and suppliers.
  • Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required.
  • Monitor stock levels of all consumables managed by Workplace Services for the business.

  • Previous customer service experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work to agreed timelines.
  • Ability to review outcomes and provide reporting as required.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, people and workplace activities/events.
  • Consistently delivers high-quality outcomes and service.
  • Available to work in the office 5 days a week.
