Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking an energetic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CIO and ITS Executive Team, while supporting the Office of the CIO in coordination and preparation of key ITS Leadership activities, meetings, reporting and executive materials. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and a high standard for quality and accuracy. The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft 365 skills, including advanced PowerPoint capability, and be highly skilled at preparing polished, professional and executive-ready presentations, documents and communications.
