This key role will contribute to strengthening our cloud security and architecture capabilities, with a particular focus on Microsoft solutions.\n\nThe successful candidate will provide advisory services, define secure cloud architectures, and implement and maintain secure cloud foundations for our clients. Depending on the context, they may also provide support in the event of a security incident.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nAdvise and support clients in defining secure cloud architectures, primarily on Microsoft Azure, based on the following frameworks: Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF).\nDesign and deliver Azure Landing Zone cloud environments, preferably using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), in accordance with security, governance, and operational best practices.\nContribute to the definition of cloud governance models, including identity management, network segmentation, logging, monitoring, and compliance.\nDeploy and configure cloud security controls, including CNAPP solutions, alerting mechanisms, and continuous monitoring.\nAssess environments, analyze security recommendations (Microsoft Defender for Cloud, CNAPP tools, benchmarks, etc.), and lead their implementation.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and governance teams to ensure the consistent integration of security controls.\nAutomate the deployment of resources, configurations, and security controls using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nDeliver high-quality deliverables, including target architectures, design documents, security posture reports, and recommendations for management.\nStay up to date with developments in cloud platforms and cloud security solution.\n\nWhat you bring to the role\n\nDegree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in cloud security, cloud architecture, or infrastructure security.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including:Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)\nWell-Architected Framework (WAF)\nCIS\nAzure-native security (Entra ID, networking, logging, Defender for Cloud, GitHub Advanced Security, etc.)\n\nKnowledge of at least one other cloud provider (AWS or GCP) is considered a strong asset.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Bicep and/or Terraform, including:Resource deployment\nSecure configuration\nAzure Policies and compliance controls\n\nExperience with cloud security solutions and CNAPP.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.\nAbility to work in complex environments and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nRelevant certifications (AZ-500, AZ-305, CCSP, CISSP, AWS Security, etc.) are considered an asset.\nThis position requires written and oral fluency in English because it involves interpretation and application of English standards, guidance, laws and regulations, servicing of English-speaking clients located across Canada and collaboration with English Speaking colleagues located outside of Quebec.\n\nProviding you with the support you need to be at your best\n\nOur Values, The KPMG Way\n\nIntegrity, we do what is right | Excellence, we never stop learning and improving | Courage, we think and act boldly | Together, we respect each other and draw strength from our differences | For Better, we do what matters\n\nKPMG in Canada is a proud equal opportunities employer and we are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and barrier-free workplace that allows all of our people to reach their full potential.
