Join a firm where your career can make a difference.\nAre you a talented leader with a proven track record for motivating teams and delivering exceptional client service?\nOur Workday team is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.\nWhat you will do\nAs an Integration Architect in our Workday practice, you willl:\nLead the architecture and design of complex Workday integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with client enterprise architecture.\nOwn Integration architecture and key deliverables across the full Workday implementation lifecycle.\nPartner with client stakeholders, functional teams, and third-party vendors to define requirements and develop effective integration strategies.\nServe as a technical authority, providing architectural direction, design oversight, and guidance on complex integration challenges.\nLead and oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations and reporting solutions.\nEstablish integration standards, patterns, and leading practices to drive quality and consistency across implementations.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to Integration Consultants and Developers.\nSupport business development and thought leadership through solutioning, proposals, reusable assets, methodologies, and client presentations.\n\nWhat you bring to the role\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nStrong experience designing and delivering Workday integrations, including EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, PECI/PICOF, Workday Studio, custom reports, and calculated fields.\nStrong knowledge of integration technologies including Web Services, REST APIs, XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and JSON.\nExperience defining integration architecture, design standards, and technical solutions for complex Workday implementations.\nAbility to provide technical leadership, oversee integration deliverables, and guide development teams through the implementation lifecycle.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex integration requirements, dependencies, and risks.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise both technical and business stakeholders.\nWorkday certifications and experience with broader ERP and enterprise integration environments are considered assets.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment and travel to client sites as required.\nKPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.\nKPMG BC Region Pay Range Information\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000and may be eligible for bonus awards.
