¿Que necesitas saber?

  • Contar con más de 3 años de experiencia en Data & AI, participando en el desarrollo de soluciones avanzadas de inteligencia artificial
  • Formación en disciplinas STEM (Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Física o similar) con sólidas habilidades de programación orientadas a automatización e IA
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de soluciones de IA sobre cloud pública: Azure (AI Foundry, OpenAI, Fabric), AWS (Bedrock, Lambda) o GCP (Vertex AI)
  • Experiencia en diseño e implementación de sistemas de IA agéntica:orquestación de agentes, arquitecturas multi-agente y workflows autónomos
  • Conocimiento práctico de frameworks de agentes y LLMs: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI u otros equivalentes
  • Experiencia integrando modelos generativos vía APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas modernas de IA: tool calling, retrieval, memory (RAG), MCP
  • Dominio de lenguajes como Python y SQL, y desarrollo de APIs REST (Node.js valorable)
  • Conocimiento de entornos y prácticas de desarrollo: MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD, DevOps y metodologías ágiles
  • Background sólido en arquitectura tecnológica (cloud + data + AI)
  • Capacidad de diseñar soluciones end-to-end: desde el caso de uso hasta su implementación técnica
  • Habilidades para interactuar con negocio, identificar oportunidades y traducirlas en soluciones de automatización inteligente
  • Perfil autónomo, con criterio propio, orientación a impacto y foco en generación de valor
