You will manage strategic procurement projects while also contributing to the development of KPMG's market position in sourcing and procurement. The role combines deep professional knowledge and commercial understanding and requires the ability to build good working relationships - both internally and externally.\nBeyond traditional sourcing and procurement projects, you will advise clients on how emerging technologies, AI, automation, and digital platforms can reshape procurement operating models, supplier ecosystems, and workforce capabilities. You will help clients identify where technology creates value and translate innovation into practical business outcomes.\nIn practice, that means:\nAdvise clients on sourcing strategies, sourcing models, supplier selection and supplier management.\nAdvise clients on the adoption of emerging technologies across sourcing, supplier management, and procurement functions.\nManage end-to-end sourcing projects - from analysis and business case development to operations and contract management.\nDevelop and implement sourcing strategies, including spend analyses, sourcing initiatives, and contract management.\nAdvice on the use of AI and digitalization in relation to procurement and lead workstreams related to AI-enabled procurement transformation and digital operating models.\nIdentify new business opportunities and support sales processes and proposal writing.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business performance.\nDevelop and execute go-to-market initiatives in the relevant areas.\nBuild and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.\nContribute to thought leadership and market development within procurement transformation, AI, and digital innovation.\nFacilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across organizations.\nCoach and develop junior consultants within the team.\nWhat we are looking for\nRelevant higher education (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, Master's in Engineering).\nMinimum 6-12 years of experience in sourcing and procurement - preferably from the consulting industry or larger companies.\nDemonstrated experience in business development, customer engagement, and sales activities.\nSolid experience with strategic sourcing, sourcing models, and supplier selection, contract management, and supplier management.\nExperience working with digital transformation, procurement technology, analytics, or AI-enabled business initiatives.\nAbility to combine strategic thinking with technology-enabled problem solving.\nSolid analytical skills and good business acumen.\nKeen interest in how Generative AI and emerging technologies can create business value.\nFluent in Danish and English - both spoken and written.\nWhy join us?\nThe future of procurement is being redefined by AI, intelligent automation, data-driven decision making, and new operating models.
