We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.\nWhat will you be doing?\nSupport and embed data architecture standards, principles and best practices across Audit.\nLead data architecture activities on technology transformation programmes, ensuring alignment to business and data strategy.\nDesign and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models, data mappings and lineage documentation.\nSupport metadata management, data cataloguing and architecture repository governance.\nApply data governance, traceability, lineage, master data and reference data management practices.\nSupport the design of data schemas and ETL/ELT solutions to enable secure and effective data consumption.\nEnsure data solutions meet regulatory, governance and quality requirements.\nCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical data solutions.\nCommunicate data architecture concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nChampion trusted, well-governed and reusable data practices across the organisation.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEssential Experience & Knowledge\nExtensive experience in data architecture and data modelling, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions.\nStrong understanding of data management concepts such as data analysis, traceability, lineage, system of record and authority, master and reference data management.\nHands-on experience in creating conceptual, logical and physical data models.\nExperience in creating data maps and lineage documents.\nExperience in designing and implementing metadata management capabilities.\nUnderstanding of defining data schemas and ETL/ELT solutions for data consumption, validation and secure storage.\nUnderstanding of regulatory obligations related to data management, including experience working within a highly regulated framework.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational business capabilities and translate them into effective data solutions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nDesirable Experience\nKnowledge of data modelling tools such as ER/Studio Data Architect.\nExperience with data catalogue and metadata management tools.\nFamiliarity with the Microsoft data technology stack.\nExperience with Informatica and master/reference data management tooling.\nUnderstanding of data management frameworks such as DAMA.\nAmazing extras-\nRelevant professional experience in data architecture, data modelling, or enterprise data management is required.
