technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL, and cloud-based solutions.\nProven track record of delivering scalable and efficient data pipelines.\n\nRequired Skills (Non-Negotiable): \nSQL, Data Warehousing and ETL expertise.\nInformatica PowerCenter hands-on experience.\nAWS Cloud proficiency.\nStrong knowledge of Redshift and Glue.\nProgramming skills in Python and PySpark.\nExcellent communication and soft skills.\n\nPreferred Skills (Good to Have): \nExperience with other AWS services: Lambda, S3 Athena, DynamoDB.\nFamiliarity with dbt for data transformations.\nExposure to Tableau or other BI tools for
