En KPMG España estamos reforzando el área de Global Management Services (GMS) con la incorporación de un/a perfil de Forward Deployed Engineer en el equipo de People Services.
Podrás participar en proyectos relacionados con cumplimiento, procesos y tecnología, colaborando en iniciativas de automatización, data & reporting para grandes grupos nacionales e internacionales. Además, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar soluciones de datos, automatización e inteligencia artificial, combinando capacidad técnica, visión arquitectónica y gestión de equipos. Todo ello, con un especial foco en movilidad internacional, gestión de población global, payroll, cumplimiento regulatorio, transformación operativa y una integración efectiva con equipos de negocio y equipos técnicos.
¿Qué podrías hacer?
- Diseñar, desarrollar y supervisar soluciones sobre Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse y servicios cloud.
- Diseñar y desarrollar automatizaciones de workflow con Power Platform, RPA, u otras herramientas low-code/no-code.
- Diseñar soluciones de IA con Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI u otras herramientas similares.
- Definir y desarrollar flujos de IA Agéntica, agentes especializados, procesos human-in-the-loop y orquestación de tareas entre sistemas.
¿Qué necesitas saber?
- Ingeniería Informática o similar.
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia demostrable liderando proyectos técnicos de datos, automatización, transformación digital o IA.
- Experiencia sólida con Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, Data Engineering, Data Warehouse y Lakehouse.
- Conocimiento de modelos de IA, IA Agéntica, agentes, orquestación de tareas, prompts, herramientas y flujos human-in-the-loop.
- Capacidad para colaborar de manera efectiva con equipos funcionales y técnicos, fomentando la integración y el trabajo conjunto entre las distintas áreas.
- Nivel de inglés: alto para documentación, reuniones y comunicación con equipos internacionales.
