We use a global methodology that helps you understand your potential and develop accordingly.\nSmart Working: We try to automate repetitive processes as much as possible using data analytics tools, so we can focus on the things that actually matter.\n.\nWhat will you actually do?\nYou will be responsible for leading end-to-end technology implementation, integration and migration projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources and stakeholders, while adapting the delivery approach to the technology, client environment and project requirements.\nCore responsibilities\nEnd-to-end IT project delivery: Lead complex technology implementation, integration, migration or transformation projects, from initial planning through implementation, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.\nProject methodology & delivery: Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, selecting and adapting the delivery approach based on project and client needs. Exposure to SAP Activate and SAP implementation projects is considered an advantage.\nProject governance & planning: Define project governance structures, project plans, milestones, resource allocation and delivery approach. Set up PMO routines, status reporting and decision-making mechanisms.\nCross-functional team coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, PMO, Business Analysts and Business Stakeholders.\nBusiness & technology alignment: Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities and dependencies, ensuring that proposed solutions and delivery plans support the expected business outcomes.\nScope, risk & quality management: Monitor project scope, budget, timeline, risks, issues, dependencies and quality metrics. Implement structured risk and issue management, maintain RAID logs and ensure appropriate mitigation and escalation.\nIssue resolution & escalation management: Drive resolution of project issues and blockers. Coordinate with client stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely decisions and clear escalation paths.\n Testing & go-live readiness: Coordinate testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, where applicable. Lead go-live readiness assessments and ensure cutover, training and support plans are in place.\nCutover, deployment & stabilization: Oversee cutover planning and execution, deployment to production and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring a smooth transition to operations and support teams.\nStakeholder communication & alignment: Manage internal and external stakeholders, including business sponsors and steering committee members. Ensure transparent communication, alignment on priorities and clear reporting on project health.\nVendor & third-party management: Coordinate external technology providers and implementation partners, monitor deliverables and dependencies and ensure alignment with project objectives.\nChange management & adoption support: Support change management activities, communication and training plans to drive user adoption and business readiness.\nCompliance with standards & methodologies: Ensure project delivery complies with internal governance standards, agreed project methodologies and relevant client or industry frameworks.\n\nWho are you?\nYou are an experienced IT Project Manager who understands both the language of business and technology and enjoys orchestrating complex projects requirements, global environments and challenging timelines, and can steer projects calmly through uncertainty.\nExperience & background\nTypically, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within IT implementation, system integration, digital transformation or technology consulting projects.\nHands-on experience managing end-to-end technology projects, from planning and requirements through implementation, testing, go-live and stabilization.\nExperience working within multinational and complex business environments, preferably involving multiple countries, business units or technology teams.\nProven track record managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams, including business, IT and external vendors.\nExperience managing external vendors and third-party partners, including contract deliverables, dependencies and performance.\nExperience leading project governance and steering committees, preparing decision papers and driving executive alignment.\nPrevious exposure to SAP implementation or rollout projects is a strong advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.\nFunctional & methodological expertise\nStrong understanding of IT project management and technology implementation lifecycles.\nSolid experience in risk, issue, budget and resource management, including planning, tracking and reporting.\nGood working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery, and experience working with hybrid delivery models.\nExperience with structured technology implementation methodologies is highly appreciated.\nKnowledge or practical experience with SAP Activate methodology is considered a strong plus.\nConsulting background within Big 4, technology consulting or major system integrators is highly appreciated.\nTools & methods\nExperience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar project/task management tools for backlog management, sprint planning and tracking.\nProficient in standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) for planning and reporting.\nFamiliarity with enterprise implementation and application lifecycle management tools is an advantage.\nExposure to SAP project tools such as SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM is considered a plus.\nCommunication & language\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage executives and operational teams confidently.\nExcellent planning, coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.\nAbility to bridge communication between business and technical teams and translate complex project topics into clear decisions and actions.\nFluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.\nPreferred qualifications\nProject management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master or similar.\nExperience managing complex IT implementation or digital transformation projects.\nExperience in international or multi-country technology projects.\nBackground in consulting, ideally within Big 4 or large system integrators.\nSAP Activate Project Manager Certification or previous SAP Activate project experience is a strong advantage.\nNice to have\nPrevious exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud or RISE with SAP projects.\nUnderstanding of enterprise applications and business processes across
