You will work across teams and stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable solutions, navigate internal governance processes, and ensure that projects are delivered with the right level of quality, transparency, and control.\nIf you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, facilitating decisions, removing roadblocks, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned, this could be the right opportunity for you.\nAs a Senior Project Manager, your focus will be to:\nLead projects and demands from initial idea through planning, execution, and implementation\nManage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities\nAnalyze business needs and translate them into practical and achievable solutions\nAct as a central coordination point between project teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and external contributors\nFacilitate workshops and meetings, align stakeholders, and drive decisions and next steps\nNavigate internal governance, approval, documentation, and reporting processes\nWork with ServiceNow-based demand and project management processes\nCoordinate cross-functional and Agile teams to resolve bottlenecks and maintain delivery momentum\nIdentify, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and impediments\nCoordinate resources and budgets to support successful project delivery\nSupport release coordination within Agile and DevOps environments\nEnsure effective service delivery by monitoring processes, resources, and relevant performance indicators\nCollaborate with Change Management teams to ensure changes are coordinated and properly documented\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve project and service delivery processes\nUse AI tools to streamline ways of working, increase efficiency, and improve outcomes\nEnsure project activities and documentation comply with relevant organizational processes and requirements\nWhat you bring:\nUniversity degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline\n5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with direct involvement in software project delivery and coordination\nProven experience in project management, service delivery, and process improvement\nSolid understanding of both traditional and Agile project management methodologies\nExperience working with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS\nFamiliarity with additional Agile methodologies and practices such as Kanban, XP, Crystal, or DSDM is an advantage\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple interconnected workstreams\nExperience building and/or managing software development teams\nHands-on experience with Agile project management tools, particularly Azure DevOps, including reporting and progress tracking\nExperience supporting or coordinating software releases within Agile and/or DevOps environments\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills\nStrong analytical and organizational skills, combined with a structured and proactive approach\nExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment\nA high level of personal accountability, integrity, and responsibility\nFluent English, both written and spoken\nConsidered a strong advantage:\nPMP or a comparable project management certification\nProject management experience involving Microsoft Azure and/or ServiceNow\nProduct knowledge or hands-on experience with Azure and/or ServiceNow\nGerman language skills\nWhat will help you succeed:\nYou are someone who can see both the bigger picture and the details needed to get things moving.
