IRMeA Specialists provide support/assurance to the external audit team and the client that the systems and processes linked to the financial reporting are fit for purpose and the controls around technology are operating effectively.\n\n Major duties and responsibilities\n\nQuality assurance on audits\nDelivery of the practice objective at the day to day level\nDemonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical issues to client whether internal or external.\nMeeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliverables for all the clients as per engagement letter\nSeamless transition of new projects/clients\nEffectively planning the implementation of changes to the process\nProactively highlighting and resolving issues in the processes\nEffective control of back logs if any \nResponsible for review of quality of work in detail.\nTECHNICAL SKILLSETS:\nDetailed understanding of core business process cycles in Banking & or Retail sector.\nDetailed understanding of technology touchpoints in the processes and linkages to financial reporting.\nThorough understanding of General IT Controls, ERPs (either SAP or Oracle), Operating Systems and Databases, ERP Analytics, etc.\nBasic knowledge of Cyber Security, Business Continuity Management and Emerging Technologies.\nBasic idea of Data Analytics.\n\nPROFILE\n\nEducation requirements:\nCISA or CISM\nWork experience requirements:\nTotal of at least 4 years post qualification expérience required.\nExpérience in IT Advisory, IT Audit Support or Technology Risk Consulting in a Big 4.
