high-quality deliverables, timelines, project planning and resource allocation.\nDeliver commercially focused accounting advice, including financial reporting, periodic accounting, complex accounting matters and financial analysis\nNavigate complex tax matters, from tax planning and advisory engagements through to opinions, recommendations and implementation\nUncover opportunities for improvement, accounting, business advisory or professional services role, with the confidence to operate at Manager level.\nStrong technical knowledge across financial reporting, accounting and tax, with the ability to navigate complex client matters.\nA commercial mindset and the ability to turn financial insights into practical, value-adding advice for clients.\nProven experience managing client engagements, balancing quality, deadlines, resources and competing priorities.\nStrong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with senior clients and stakeholders.\nExperience coaching, developing and reviewing the work of team members, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and actionable.\nA collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality client
