En KPMG buscamos un/a Manager para nuestro equipo de CIO Advisory, con experiencia en consultoría de transformación tecnológica para liderar proyectos de estrategia IT, modelos operativos IT y transformación de organizaciones tecnológicas.

¿Qué podrás hacer?

  • Liderar proyectos de estrategia tecnológica, modelos operativos y transformación de organizaciones IT.
  • Gestionar proyectos con interlocución directa con CIOs, Direcciones de Tecnología y otros equipos ejecutivos.
  • Diseñar estrategias tecnológicas alineadas con el negocio y definir modelos operativos objetivo.
  • Participar en preventa, propuestas comerciales e identificación de nuevas oportunidades
  • Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de aplicación de IA en procesos de negocio y organizaciones tecnológicas
  • Impulsar nuevas formas de trabajo y buenas prácticas para una adopción responsable de la inteligencia artificial en los equipos.

¿Qué necesitas saber?

  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en consultoría tecnológica o de gestión.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de estrategia y transformación tecnológica con cliente.
  • Conocimientos de IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, gobierno IT y hojas de ruta de transformación.
  • Experiencia en preventa o desarrollo de negocio.
  • Capacidad estratégica, visión tecnológica, orientación comercial y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • inglés profesional alto (B2+/C1).
  • Se valorarán certificaciones como PMP, ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, Scrum, Agile o TBM Executive Foundation.
  • También serán valorables certificaciones relacionadas con inteligencia artificial, transformación digital o gestión tecnológica.
