DAX expressions for calculations, KPIs, and aggregations.\nPerform data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema).\nOptimize dashboards for performance and scalability.\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines and automated refresh schedules.\nCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards.\nTroubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues.\nCreate documentation for dashboards, reports, and data models.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience: 6-8 Years.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering / Analytics.\nRelevant certifications (Microsoft Power BI / Azure) are a plus.\nKey Competencies: Dashboarding and Visualization, Data Modeling, Business Intelligence and Reporting, Stakeholder Collaboration, Data Quality, and Governance.\n\nTechnical Skills: \nStrong experience in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.\nExpertise in DAX, Power Query (M language).\nStrong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.\nExperience with data modeling concepts (Fact/Dimension tables).\nHands-on experience with ETL processes.\nKnowledge of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schema).\nExperience with data sources like SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, and APIs.\nFamiliarity with Azure (ADF, Synapse, Databricks) or other cloud platforms.\nUnderstanding of performance tuning and optimization.\n\nPreferred Skills (Good to Have): \nExperience with Python/SQL scripting.\nExposure to Azure Data Factory (ADF) / Databricks.\nKnowledge of data lake/big data platforms.\nExperience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik).\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines for BI solutions.\nExperience in Agile / Scrum methodology.\n\nSoft Skills: \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nAttention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.\nSkills\nDAX, Power
