Join our team as an SAP Consultant specializing in Controlling and help shape the future of SAP implementations.\nAs an SAP Consultant Controlling, you will work together with other consultants in delivering SAP Finance & Controlling solutions, focusing on optimizing financial operations for clients. We’re open to everyone, no matter your gender, background, culture, beliefs, sexual orientation, abilities, or generation.\nKey Responsibilities:\n· Support the configuration and implementation of SAP Controlling solutions.\n· Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and S/4HANA transformation programs.\n· Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and advise clients on leading practices for management accounting, cost center accounting, profitability analysis, product costing, and financial planning processes.\n· Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions aligned with SAP standard functionality and Public Cloud principles.\n· Lead solution design discussions and coordinate cross-functional integration with Finance (FI), Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), and other SAP modules.\n· Manage functional specifications, configuration activities, testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live support.\n· Provide subject matter expertise and trusted advisory services to client finance and controlling stakeholders.\n· Support data migration, reporting, analytics, and process optimization initiatives within SAP S/4HANA.\n· Mentor junior consultants, review deliverables, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the SAP practice.\n· Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, proposal preparation, and business development initiatives.\n· Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations, Public Cloud releases, and emerging finance transformation trends.\nOsobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti\nQualifications:\n· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\n· Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to engage senior business representatives.\n· Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.\n· Business fluent in English (written and verbal).
