Join a firm where your career can make a difference.\n\nWe are seeking an SAP Technical Lead to drive technical architecture, system conversion, and platform transformation activities across SAP S/4HANA programs. The role will provide leadership across BASIS, environment management, release governance, cutover execution, infrastructure coordination, and technical delivery. \n\nWhat you will do\n\nLead SAP BASIS and technical transformation activities for SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion programs.\nDefine technical architecture, environment strategy, and infrastructure roadmaps.\nGovern transports, release management, technical cutover, and system conversion execution.\nLead performance monitoring, optimization, and platform stability initiatives.\nCollaborate with SAP, security, infrastructure, and implementation partner teams.\nSupport disaster recovery, system availability, backup, and operational readiness activities.\nManage technical risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness.\nProvide leadership during testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.\nEstablish technical standards and best practices for SAP transformation programs.\n\nWhat you bring to the role\n\nExtensive SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion experience.\n10+ years of SAP BASIS and technical platform experience.\nStrong expertise in SAP architecture, system administration, and technical upgrades.\nExperience managing environments, transport landscapes, and release governance.\nStrong performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills.\nKnowledge of SAP security, infrastructure, and cloud deployment models.\nExperience supporting cutover, deployment, and operational readiness activities.\nExcellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nKPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $103,000 to $135,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program. \n\nKPMG BC Region Pay Range Information\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $101,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
