We help CIOs make their function future-ready.\n\nOur skills in IT strategy and systems implementation help clients execute their transformation strategies with the technology best suited to their business, data and information requirements.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nDevelop, set up, and tailor ServiceNow applications for both new and existing deployments.\nEngage with a variety of applications in ServiceNow, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM.\nEstablish and configure functional data, including Notifications and Service Level Agreements.\nCreate and set up script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, as well as create or modify tables and their relationships.\nEstablish interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms based on integration opportunities identified by Solution Architects.\nConduct design, development, unit testing, and troubleshoot system and integration testing.\nDocument the design, development processes, unit test cases, and implementation plans.\nAdvise on Administration settings and best practices.\nCollaborate effectively within diverse teams in an inclusive culture that values individual contributions.\n\nWhat you bring to the role\n\nAt least 4-6 years of experience with ServiceNow, including custom development and configuration\nProficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.\nUnderstanding and experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and all scripted components of ServiceNow.\nAbility to customize the ServiceNow user interface and Service Portal using UI pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets.\nKnowledgeable in integrations and migrations.\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow administration settings, with extensive functional and technical expertise of the platform, and experience in delivering medium to large-scale implementations.\nProven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.\nComfortable working in an agile environment that emphasizes continuous feedback and team interaction, with the ability to perform under high pressure.\n\nKPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $77,000 to $102,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program. \n\nKPMG BC Region Pay Range Information\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $100,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
