Within Corporate Finance, you will join a growing team that advises UK and global clients on critical and sensitive equity and debt transactions.\nYou will work on the origination and execution of lead advisory mandates in the mid-market, specialising in technology, media and telecommunications. The role covers the full transaction lifecycle, from initial strategic review and market engagement to negotiation and successful completion, with a particular focus on sell-side transactions.
