You will work alongside frontend and backend engineers, platform specialists, architects, and product owners. You will not just watch from the sidelines. An experienced mentor will guide you throughout your internship and help you develop your technical skills.\n As an intern, you will help build and improve KPN’s digital platforms. Depending on your assignment, you could develop customer portal features with Vue.js or build backend services using Python, FastAPI, or Django. You will contribute to real projects while discovering how modern technologies work together within KPN’s digital environment.\nDuring your internship, you will:\nBuild and connect applications using REST APIs, Kafka, and modern backend technologies.\nLearn how OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect help secure digital customer journeys.\nDiscover how applications run in cloud environments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nMonitor performance and reliability with tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.\nGain experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.\nExplore how AI-powered tools can support software development, testing, and quality.\nYou do not need to know all these technologies yet. You will learn from experienced engineers while building, experimenting, and contributing your own ideas and code to real projects.\n We are looking for someone who gets curious when discovering how technology works. You enjoy programming, solving problems, and turning ideas into working solutions.
