organisation.\n\nThis is an in-office position based in Claremont, Cape Town.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nFinancial Leadership & Management\n\n Oversee the entire finance function, from management accounts to forecasting and financial modelling.\n\n Prepare, review, and present monthly management accounts, cashflow reports, and variance analyses.\n\n Lead budget planning, cost control, and financial performance reviews.\n\n Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions across logistics, data, and consulting divisions.\n\nProcess, Systems & Automation\n\n Drive automation and digitisation across finance using Zoho Books and related systems.\n\n Collaborate with the Data Insights team to align operational and financial data for real-time business intelligence.\n\n Implement internal controls, reconciliation processes, and reporting automation to improve accuracy and scalability.\n\nTeam & Operational Oversight\n\n Manage and mentor a finance team of three, ensuring performance, development, and accuracy.\n\n Liaise with external accountants for statutory, VAT, and tax compliance.\n\n Partner with internal business units (data, transport, and client consulting) to ensure financial clarity and commercial accountability.\n\nIdeal Candidate and requirements\nYou’ll thrive here if you’re both analytical and strategic — someone who loves working with numbers but also understands the story they tell about people, processes, and performance.\n\nYou are:\n\n• Commercially savvy, with a sharp understanding of how data translates to value.\n\n• Driven and hands-on, not afraid to dive into details while building for scale.\n\n• Tech-enabled, confident working with systems like Zoho Books, Excel (Advanced), Power BI, or similar tools.\n\n• Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving business.\n\n• Purpose-aligned, bringing empathy, ethics, and energy to every interaction.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management Accounting, or Commerce (CIMA / SAIPA / SAICA advantage).\n\n• 3–5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role.\n\n• Demonstrated experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.\n\n• High proficiency in Excel and Zoho Books (or similar accounting systems).\n\n• Exposure to data analytics or operations-driven
