At KPS Iberia, you will work in an international and agile environment on complex digital platforms and business-critical technology solutions.\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Lead / Full-Stack & DevOps Engineer to join KPS Iberia and work on complex, end-to-end digital and e-commerce platforms for major international clients.\nThis is a hands-on technical leadership role. We are looking for someone who combines strong software engineering expertise with proven experience leading and coordinating developers, driving technical execution and ensuring successful delivery.\nThe role combines architecture, technical project leadership and hands-on engineering. You will work closely with developers, guide technical decisions, and actively contribute to the implementation of technical solutions.\nYour Responsibilities\nUnderstand, analyse and evaluate existing software/system architectures.\n\nProactively identify and propose technical improvements and necessary adaptations.\n\nMake architecture decisions and help shape scalable and sustainable technical solutions.\n\nProvide hands-on support in the implementation of technical solutions.\n\nTake responsibility for technical project leadership.\n\nCoordinate developers and ensure effective collaboration within the team.\n\nSupport the team in resolving technical challenges and maintaining high engineering quality.\n\nCommunicate technical concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nYour Profile\nSeveral years of experience as an Architect, Senior Architect, Tech Lead or in a comparable technical leadership role.\n\nVery strong frontend expertise, particularly with JavaScript, Node.js and React.\n\nExperience in backend development, ideally with Java.\n\nAbility to understand, assess and further develop software/system architectures.\n\nSolid experience with Cloud Systems (AWS, Azure and/or GCP).\n\nA strong hands-on mentality and willingness to actively contribute to technical solutions.\n\nGood understanding of DevOps practices and modern software delivery processes (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi or similar, CI/CD pipelining etc.).\n\nExperience coordinating developers and leading technical workstreams ideally in an international environment.\n\nStrong communication skills in English, as our projects are international and conducted in English.\n\nNice to have\nKnowledge of container technologies and modern deployment processes.\n\nExperience in complex e-commerce, SaaS or digital platform environments.\n\nExperience with AI-assisted development, agentic coding or modern
