Location: GCC, India, Bangalore

About the Position

You’ll organize the data taxonomy, connections, and accuracy of our Global Procurement data sets. Your main role will be to support data set management across the organization, working with local teams globally to align definitions and metrics within data sets, and coordinating with developers and data engineers to translate business requirements into implemented analytics solutions. You will be accountable for maintaining global data sets, formulas, and mappings for the company’s Global Procurement data models and BI solutions.

Key Ingredients:

• Be the first point of contact for new developments and information requests in your data domain. You will coordinate with Data Engineers, Product Owners, and local teams to address their requests.
• Maintain the conceptual structure of the data and formulas used; design and recommend appropriate analytical approaches to improve business reporting and ensure data quality.
• Be an agent of change within the Kraft Heinz Company organization, using data, statistics, process knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills to help partners optimize the use of Global Procurement data.
• Foster a positive team environment and show genuine interest in the well-being and success of your colleagues.
• Partner with Kraft Heinz global, local, and functional teams on structuring large-scale data sets and data projects.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and KHC teams from different functional areas in each country to drive insights and deliver projects globally.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to understand their business context and develop and implement data sets that support analytics for their business.
• Maintain a backlog of desired improvements and bugs. Guide team members in resolving backlog items and developing improvements.

• I have at least 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced data analytics environment, as well as previous experience working with procurement-related data.
• I have a very good understanding of data manipulation languages and platforms, including SQL and Snowflake.
• I have a basic understanding of BI tools and have recently worked on preparing and manipulating data for BI solutions, preferably Power BI.
• I am curious about AI agents and have a basic understanding of semantic context.
• I have experience working on projects using Agile ways of working. I embrace Agile principles and have a clear understanding of its routines.
• I have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand business context and apply it to drive the analytics agenda.
• I am familiar with KPI definitions and calculations for Procurement through data queries and BI solutions.
• I have a strong sense of ownership, and I'm committed to driving positive changes even in challenging environments.
