Senior Fullstack Engineer with Node.js

At KraftCode, we value independence, flexibility, and technical excellence. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join a project for a large US-based technology company.

You’ll work on a high-scale digital platform, developing new functionality and gradually migrating existing Elixir-based services to Node.js and TypeScript.

Wymagania

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid experience with React.js and modern web development
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and GraphQL
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture, scalability and performance
• Experience with AWS and distributed systems
• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging or notification systems
• Good understanding of testing and production-grade software development
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD
• Very good English and strong communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Elixir / Phoenix – especially useful when migrating existing functionality to Node.js
• Elasticsearch
• Datadog or Splunk
• Helm
• Experience with high-traffic applications
• Mentoring and code review experience

Also, please note that the candidate needs to be located in Poland.
