We are America’s largest privately held cabinetmaker, a best-in-class team of over 6,000 team members across 20 locations, including 15 manufacturing facilities.\nSalary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 annually, plus annual bonus\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nResponsible for providing technical support for environmental, industrial hygiene and safety (EHS) compliance activities; and for assisting in the coordination and the continuous improvement of EHS programs and projects.\nPRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the corporate wide Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management system; and its implementation at each facility\nProvide oversight and management of the facility's Title V Air Permit, ensuring ongoing compliance with permit conditions, emissions limitations, monitoring requirements, recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting obligations\nFacilitate the sharing of programs, procedures, tools and successfully demonstrated practices within the organization\nProvide technical and regulatory expertise to ensure compliance, safe workplaces, and continuous improvement of EHS programs\nImplement and govern all agency mandated training, report generation, data collection, and required testing procedures to meet requisite schedules ensuring compliance\nTrack trends and reporting for EHS KPI’s\nAssist facilities in Process Hazard Analysis activities, technical reviews of process changes, incident (safety and/or environmental) investigations and root cause analysis\nResponsible for developing effective working relationships with site management, employees, and the EHS community to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance\nProvide training necessary to demonstrate compliance needs as well as safe operations of the facility\nCoordinate with all team members’ communications related to preventative safety, health, and environmental issues\nESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:\nBachelor's degree preferred with 3 to 5 years of experience; candidates with significant related environmental, health, and safety experience may be considered in lieu of a degree\nEHS technical and regulatory expertise\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization\nExcellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload\nAbility to work effectively with minimal supervision.\nMS Office proficiency\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:\nBachelor’s Degree in an environmental, health, safety, or related field.\nOccupational Safety/Industrial Hygiene experience strongly preferred\nExperience implementing/maintaining management systems (e.g. ISO14001, OSHAS 18001)\nOSHA 30 Hour\nCertified Safety Professional (CSP)\nCertified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)\nWHAT WE OFFER\nAt Cabinetworks, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance, including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, parental support programs, and company-paid life and disability benefits.
