The role ensures materials are received, stored, documented, and made available accurately and on time, while maintaining applicable quality and safety requirements.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform goods receipt activities, including incoming inspections and documentation in accordance with established quality requirements.\nManage the storage and organization of materials and inventory.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and support regular stocktaking activities.\nMonitor stock levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.\nPick, prepare, and stage materials for production and shipping.\nCoordinate internal material movements and transportation activities.\nSupport shipping, packaging, and dispatch activities as required.\nSupport the handling and documentation of supplier complaints and discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate inventory and logistics information within applicable ERP and warehouse management systems.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes, material flow, and inventory management.\nEnsure logistics and warehouse activities are performed in accordance with applicable safety and quality requirements.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\nCompleted vocational training or equivalent qualification in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or goods receipt.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment is considered an asset.\nPractical knowledge of goods receipt, inventory management, warehousing, and material handling processes.\nAbility to accurately maintain inventory records and supporting documentation.\nExperience using ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems is an asset.\nAbility to safely operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, where appropriately trained and certified.\nStrong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and support changing production and shipping requirements.\nStrong reliability and ability to work effectively as part of a team.\nSound awareness of workplace quality and safety requirements.\n_____________________________________________________________________\nKraken Robotics sucht derzeit einen Koordinator fürLager und Logistik zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Rostock, Deutschland.\nDer Koordinator für Lager und Logistik ist dafür verantwortlich, den effizienten Materialfluss durch Wareneingang, Bestandsverwaltung, Produktionsversorgung und Versand zu gewährleisten.
