Now.\nWhat you'll do\nBe accountable for the successful execution of client implementation programs using our Build-Operate-Transfer methodology, which covers technology, operations and culture transformation\n\nFind solutions that bring our clients into the new software and operating model that both accelerates delivery and reduces risk\n\nDevelop deep relationships with our C-suite client executives\n\nCommunicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally\n\nContinuously demonstrate Kraken’s business value to the client and build a governance model which can last once the implementation program is completed\n\nSet the direction and pace for program execution. Provide support and feedback to members of the Kraken team and reinforce an environment of psychological safety.\n\nWhat you'll need\nExperience in Australian utilities sector is highly desirable\n\nProven track record of leading significant business transformation projects, ideally within utilities or similar complex industries\n\nDemonstrated ability to present and negotiating with C-suite executives, and to initiate strategic discussions\n\nPragmatic and effective problem solver, capable of focussing efforts on critical priorities\n\nStrong client-centric approach with a focus on understanding and enabling client success while demonstrating the ability to manage expectations.\n\nCollaborative team player with experience working effectively across local and global teams.\n\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills.
