low-latency distributed systems on Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.\n Guardrails, governance and cost efficiency for AI at scale.\n The next generation of senior engineers, through mentoring and architecture reviews.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\n 10+ years of engineering experience.\n Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, vector databases and agentic systems.\n Strong Python and production-grade backend skills.\n Proven experience with microservices, event-driven systems, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.\n A track record of taking AI from proof of concept to reliable production.\n Technical leadership : you influence direction across Product, Data Science and ML teams.\n\nBonus Points For\n\n Building AI platforms used by multiple teams.\n Experience with model gateways, inference
