If you’re not, don’t bother to apply.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a West Coast Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, generating leads, and closing new business. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter, possess strong communication skills, have a high degree of personal integrity, and be driven for success. Other responsibilities include:\nIntegrating sales and individual activity into our CRM system\nDeveloping new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and generating new leads to ensure the territory is effectively covered and supported\nCreating annual business plans and sales strategies for the territory to meet company sales goals and profitability\nPossessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines and services represented by the company\nJob Requirements\n3 to 5 Years of proven sales experience with machine tool solutions technology\nStrong, professional written and verbal communication skills\nExperience with Microsoft Office\n Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho is preferred)\nTechnical aptitude and knowledge of machine tool technology\nPrevious experience with machine tools is required.\nManage incoming sales leads from the website and phone calls\nProspect, develop, and close new business with new and existing customers.\nExceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.\nRegularly travel to perform customer site visits to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for estimates and proposals\nMust have a valid driver's license with no significant violations.\nBenefits:\nCompensation can start DOE from $75,000.00+ per year plus commissions.
