We care about creativity: our team includes musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers.\nThis role\nWe're looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager to help our customers get real value from Krea, from first onboarding to deep, long-term adoption. You'll work closely with creative teams, guide them through workflows, and be the connective tissue between customers, product, and sales.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn post-sale customer success: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion\n\nHelp customers integrate Krea into their creative workflows and daily work\n\nDrive product adoption across our core customer profiles\n\nCommunicate new feature and product updates (we ship weekly)\n\nTrack usage and customer signals to help customers get more value\n\nIdentify expansion opportunities and own the renewal process end-to-end, from forecasting risk to closing the deal\n\nProgram manage webinars and workshops in partnership with our creative leads, from planning content through execution\n\nShare customer feedback with the product and marketing teams and help shape what we build\n\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience in Customer Success or Account Management\n\nCommercially minded, with a track record of renewing and growing customer accounts\n\nProduct-focused mindset, with experience in onboarding and implementation\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills -
