We care about creativity: our team includes musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers.\nThis role\nWe’re looking for a Motion Designer to create launch videos, product demos, brand films, and social content. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director as part of Krea Studio, taking projects from concepts and storyboards through to final animation.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign and animate content for product launches, feature announcements, and our social channels.\n\nDevelop storyboards and style frames to establish the direction of a project.\n\nUse typography, graphics, and UI animation to explain product features and workflows.\n\nWork with the Creative Director to develop ideas and iterate on feedback.\n\nPartner with the product team to understand new features and how to demonstrate them.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nA proven track record in motion design, with a portfolio of completed projects.\n\nSomeone with a strong eye for typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.\n\nStrong animation fundamentals, including timing, pacing, and transitions.\n\nExperience developing concepts and storyboards, not just animating supplied designs.\n\nExperience with product/UI animation or creative software launches.\n\nProficiency in After Effects or equivalent motion-design software.\n\nClear communication and comfort taking projects through feedback and revisions.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with 3D animation, compositing, or sound design.\n\nFamiliarity with AI creative tools and an interest in using them in production.\n\nPortfolio\nInclude your portfolio or reel and a few relevant projects. For collaborative work, tell us what you personally designed, animated, or directed.
