You will manage scope, schedule, budget and risk, and keep technical teams and client stakeholders aligned.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, decisive and a clear communicator. You should be comfortable leading complex, multi-team IT efforts and reporting progress to senior leaders.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nPlans, executes and closes technology projects on time and within budget.\nDevelops and maintains project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures and resource plans.\nIdentifies, tracks and mitigates project risks, issues and dependencies.\nCoordinates the work of developers, database staff, testers and other technical team members.\nServes as the main point of contact for client stakeholders on project status and decisions.\nPrepares status reports, briefings and project deliverables.\nManages change requests and keeps project documentation current.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n8+ years of IT project management experience, including leading technology implementation or modernization projects.\nExperience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.\nProficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nContinually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nExperience supporting federal government contracts.\nAgile certification such as PMI-ACP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).\nCompensation: $106,198.56 - $117,998.40 yearly\nKreative Technologies is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
