You will coach teams, Scrum Masters and leaders so they deliver working software faster and more predictably.\nThe ideal candidate is patient, observant and persuasive. You should be comfortable guiding change across several teams and helping leaders see the value of Agile ways of working.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nCoaches delivery teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners on Agile values, principles and practices.\nAssesses team maturity and builds improvement plans.\nFacilitates workshops, training sessions and Agile ceremonies as needed.\nGuides teams on backlog management, estimation, and sprint and release planning.\nHelps leadership align Agile practices with program goals and reporting needs.\nDefines and tracks metrics such as velocity, cycle time and team health.\nPromotes continuous improvement and removes organizational blockers.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 2 years as an Agile Coach or senior Scrum Master.\nDeep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and scaled frameworks such as SAFe.\nExperience coaching multiple teams at the same time.\nProficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.\nStrong facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nContinually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertification such as ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).\nExperience supporting federal government contracts.\nCompensation: $78,755 - $87,506 per year\nKreative Technologies is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
