are seeking a creative, curious and detail-oriented Multimedia Visualist Intern to support the planning and execution of social-first video productions across multiple client accounts.\n\nThis role sits at the intersection of creative planning, production coordination, and execution excellence, requiring a strong understanding of social content formats, short-form storytelling, and end-to-end production workflows.\n\nThe ideal candidate can translate briefs into well-structured production plans, manage multiple productions concurrently, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external production partners to deliver high-quality social video content on time.\n\nJob Description:\n\nAssist in producing short-form content, mainly Reels, for client social channels\n\nSupport commercial video productions on an ad hoc basis (carry gear, assist setups)\n\nHelp set up and pack down cameras, lighting, tripods, and audio equipment, in-studio and on-location\n\nAttend photo and video shoots regularly; capture B-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and basic photos\n\nAssist the Videographer in setting up shots, following shot lists and brand guidelines\n\nDo basic editing of video and photos: rough cuts, trimming, captions, music, and simple transitions using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent\n\nDo simple photo retouching (cropping, colour correction, resizing) using Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva\n\nCreate thumbnails and platform-ready exports (correct size, format, aspect ratio) based on templates\n\nOrganise and back up footage, project files, and assets in a clear folder structure\n\nMaintain and check equipment (battery charging, memory cards, cleaning, inventory)\n\nRequirements\n\nPreferably, candidates who are currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design/ Advertising/ Cinematic Arts/ Digital Media & Film Production.\n\nHands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or other similar editing programs or software.\n\nGood aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.\n\nAble to communicate well (written & verbal), plus points for being multilingual (English, Mandarin and Malay).\n\nAbility to withstand pressure from tight timelines (complete tasks on time).\n\nAbility and willingness to support end-to-end production process from prep work,
