Agentic Systems (LLMs & RAG)\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nAbout The Role\n\nThe engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent, scalable AI systems.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangChain, n8n, and agentic workflows and Applied experience with multiple programming languages implementation\nWe are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong experience in building agentic systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and LLM-powered applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign and orchestrate workflows using tools like n8n or similar automation platforms\nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing products and services\nDevelop agentic workflows that can reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously\nDevelop APIs and backend services to support AI features\nOptimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency\nBuild and optimize RAG pipelines integrating vector databases and external data sources\nStay up to date with advancements in AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents\nDesign and implement LLM-powered applications using frameworks such as LangChain\nCollaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define AI-driven solutions\nWork with embeddings, vector stores, and semantic search systems\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\nSolid understanding of:\nHands-on experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems\nStrong experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks\nRust\nVector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)\nExperience with n8n or other workflow automation/orchestration tools\nExperience designing agentic workflows / autonomous agents\nProficiency in multiple programming languages such as:\nWilling to travel to our Hubs as needed (Lagos, London, Riga)\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nEmbeddings and semantic search\nPrompt engineering and LLM evaluation\nExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs\nJavaScript / TypeScript\nStrong problem-solving and system design skills\nPython (preferred)\nGolang\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with knowledge graphs or structured data systems\nExperience with multi-agent systems and orchestration\nKnowledge of fine-tuning and model optimization techniques\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines\nBackground in
