enhance comprehensive test strategies, automation frameworks, and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables.\nDevelop and implement quality criteria to assess and drive readiness of software for production deployment. \nManage the validation phases of the project, which involves overseeing tasks and progress, and providing regular reports to leadership.\nParticipate in root cause analysis of complex issues and incidents, collaborating with the developers and product managers to resolve problems and improve overall product quality.\nEstablish key metrics to measure and report on the quality of software products and the effectiveness of testing.\nWork with and guide cross-functional teams including test platform teams to understand software quality requirements and develop effective test strategies.\nLead and manage at least 5 to 10 QA Engineers that includes Leads and SEITs \nCollaborate with HOEs and HOPs towards roadmap and timelines alignments, effort estimates and automation strategies\nKeep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and QA/testing best practices, leveraging this knowledge to consistently enhance testing processes.\nAbout you:\nBachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science with 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience \nExperience in leading and building medium to large size teams \nExperience with test automation frameworks in Web, mobile or API using any modern technologies and frameworks like Postman / Rest-Assured / Appium / Karate / Selenium.\nStrong in at least one of the frontier programming languages like python, java, Go \nExperience working on backend / web / android / iOS applications\nProven management experience with participation in creating goals/OKRs for teams and individuals, performance feedback and appraisal process and data driven quality metrics.\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.\nManage QA metrics, prepare reports and present to stakeholders\nExperienced in Agile or Scrum software development
