responsible for the day-to-day management and support of KREIOS' IT environment, including:Prepare, configure and maintain Windows laptops and other IT equipment for employees.\nManage employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including user accounts, devices, licences and access permissions.\nAdminister our Microsoft 365 environment, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and related services.\nManage users, groups and permissions through Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.\nSupport endpoint and device management, including Microsoft Intune or similar tools.\nConfigure and maintain security measures such as MFA, access policies, device protection and user permissions.\nProvide first-line and second-line support for hardware, software, connectivity and account-related issues.\nTroubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and general workstation issues.\nManage software installations, updates, licences and user access.\nMaintain an accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, licences and other IT assets.\nCoordinate equipment purchases, replacements and repairs when required.\nSupport office connectivity, networks, printers, meeting-room equipment and other IT infrastructure.\nDocument IT processes, configurations and standard operating procedures.\nHelp us continuously improve and professionalise our internal IT environment as the company grows.\nWork closely with People Operations on employee onboarding, offboarding and access management.\nSupport the implementation of IT and cybersecurity best practices across the organisation.\nYour profile\nWhat we are looking for\nAround 2-4 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, IT Operations or a similar role.\nHands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.\nGood knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.\nExperience managing users, groups, permissions and access through Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.\nExperience preparing and managing laptops and other endpoint devices.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune or another endpoint management solution.\nUnderstanding of basic networking concepts: Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs.\nBasic knowledge of IT security principles, including MFA, endpoint protection, access control and device security.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues independently and find practical solutions.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nComfortable working directly with users with different levels of technical knowledge.\nGood communication skills in English and Spanish.\nNice to have\nExperience working in a startup, scale-up or fast-growing technology company.\nExperience implementing or improving Microsoft Intune.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security tools.\nExperience managing SharePoint permissions and structures.\nBasic experience with networking equipment, firewalls or VPNs.\nExperience with IT asset management and software licence management.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks or information security environments.\nExperience supporting engineering or
