communication.\nCollaborate with hiring managers\nWork closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.\nMaintain talent pipelines\nHelp build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools for future hiring needs.\nContribute to recruitment excellence\nTrack recruitment activity, maintain accurate data and support initiatives to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.\nYour profile\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience recruiting technical and engineering profiles\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nProfessional fluency in
