You will be part of an engineering team dedicated to the analysis and modeling of communication systems, including the design and evaluation of antenna parameters, the study of signal transmission and reception processes, and the analysis of communication techniques and architectures, always considering technical aspects with a clear orientation toward business needs and opportunities in the telecom sector.\nResponsibilities\n\nUnder the direction of the Mission Manager, and in close interaction with the different work teams, you will be responsible for the following tasks:\nPerform communication link analysis for Earth-space and space-space scenarios within the telecommunications domain.\nParticipate in the analysis and modeling of communication systems in space environments.\nDesign, evaluate, and optimize antenna parameters according to system requirements.\nDevelop studies on signal transmission and reception considering technical and operational constraints.\nAnalyze and select communication techniques and architectures suitable for each mission or application.\nPrepare technical documentation and support decision-making with arguments based on performance, feasibility, and business requirements in the telecom sector.\nCollaborate with other engineering teams to ensure coherence between design, modeling, and commercial needs.\nIdentify improvement opportunities in current systems and contribute to defining business-oriented solutions.\nYour profile\nEducation\n\nDegree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent. Master’s degree desirable.\nMinimum Knowledge\nSolid foundations in electronic communications and RF systems.\nKnowledge of space communication links (Earth-space and space-space).\nBasic handling of simulation and communication system modeling tools.\nUnderstanding of antenna parameters and operation.\nUnderstanding of modulation, demodulation, signal transmission, and signal reception processes.\nFamiliarity with link budgets and performance calculations.\nGeneral knowledge of the telecommunications sector and its technical requirements.\nAbility to interpret technical documentation and produce clear reports.\n Desired KnowledgePrevious experience in space communications analysis or satellite projects.\nAdvanced use of simulation tools (HFSS, CST, STK, GNURadio, etc.).\nFamiliarity with advanced communication architectures (MIMO, beamforming, SDR, error-correction techniques, etc.).\nExperience in interference analysis, spectral coexistence, and spectrum planning.\nProficiency with RF simulation tools.\nKnowledge of Matlab, Python, C+.\nExperience\nAt least 2 years working with advanced RF systems.\nInterpersonal Skills\nTechnical precision.\nAbility to analyze and solve complex problems.\nOrganized and methodical, capable of meeting project milestones.\nCollaborative mindset; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.\nGood communication skills and clear documentation.\nProactive attitude.\nAbility to work in multidisciplinary teams and complex engineering environments.\nWhy us?\nReal impact : At Kreios Space, you will be an active part of the entire process, from the initial ideas to the final result.
