We seek employees eager to join us as we evolve as a team that embodies timeless yogic principles and present day practices of leadership and accountability.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Housekeeping Attendant serves as a member of the Housekeeping Department which ensures that guest rooms are clean, sanitized, organized, and welcoming. This is a year round position.\nThis role cleans and stocks guest rooms and common areas of the organization in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, while ensuring cleanliness, décor and beauty standards are met throughout all Kripalu facilities. This role supports the Kripalu team and other departments in ensuring the best-overall guest experience possible.\nThe ideal candidate works well and effectively with others, has a good work ethic, and takes pride in the work they do.\nSCHEDULE\nThis is a full time position, primarily weekends\nAvailable shifts.\n7:30am to 4pm\n3:00pm to 11:30pm\nACCOUNTABILITIES/Responsibilities\nCleans, prepares, and details all areas of our guest rooms and dormitories, including bathrooms, making beds, and vacuuming \nPicks up trash, disposes and recycles. \nVacuums and dusts public areas. \nPerforms duties in accordance with defined safety standards, MA Health and Safety Guidelines, and Close Personal Contact Services standards. \nPerforms duties in a manner that ensures guest security, privacy, and confidentiality. \nReports any damage or missing supplies in guest rooms, public bathrooms, or common areas to supervisor. \nPrepares cleaning carts and stocks closets. \nAssists with cleaning public bathrooms;
