Description:\nDesign, develop, maintain and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, application teams and technical teams to understand integration requirements, develop scalable integration solutions, troubleshoot issues and ensure reliable data exchange between Workday and internal/external systems.\nThe role will be involved across the integration development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation and production support.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, configure and maintain Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications.\nAnalyse business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.\nDevelop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Integration tools and technologies.\nWork with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors and related integration frameworks, where applicable.\nDevelop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services and other integration technologies.\nDevelop and maintain data interfaces between Workday and downstream/upstream systems.\nPerform integration mapping, transformation and data validation to ensure accurate data exchange.\nTroubleshoot integration failures, data issues and production incidents and provide root-cause analysis.\nMonitor scheduled integrations and ensure timely resolution of integration errors.\nParticipate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing and deployment activities.\nWork with business users and functional teams to understand requirements and resolve integration-related issues.\nCoordinate with third-party vendors and application teams on integration requirements and technical issues.\nPrepare and maintain technical specifications, integration design documents, mapping documents and support procedures.\nPerform impact analysis for Workday releases, enhancements and changes affecting existing integrations.\nSupport Workday release management, testing and remediation activities.\nParticipate in integration deployment, production support and post-implementation activities.\nFollow established development, security, change management and application support standards.\nIdentify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability and automation.\nProvide technical support and knowledge sharing to other team members as required.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.\n3+ years of experience in application development, systems integration or Workday integration support.\nHands-on experience developing or supporting Workday integrations.\nGood understanding of Workday integration architecture and integration patterns.\nExperience with one or more of the following:\nWorkday Studio\nEnterprise Interface Builder (EIB)\nWorkday Core Connectors\nWorkday Web Services\nREST / SOAP APIs\nXML / JSON\nOther Experience:\nExperience with data mapping, transformation and validation.\nStrong understanding of application integration and data exchange concepts.\nExperience troubleshooting integration failures and production issues.\nExperience with SIT, UAT, regression testing and deployment.\nAbility to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.\nGood understanding of SDLC and software/application development practices.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with functional, technical and business teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nWorkday integration certification is an advantage.\nExperience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, finance, identity management or other enterprise applications.\nExperience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs and web services.\nKnowledge of SQL/database concepts.\nExperience with middleware or enterprise integration platforms is an advantage.\nExperience supporting Workday production environments.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nExperience working with
