and rectification of issue reported.\nProblem Management: Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures.\nService Request: Perform general SharePoint administrative tasks and writing Power Shell scripts as part of service request.\nChange Request Assessment: Carry out requirements gathering and assessment on the effort and timeline require for the Change Request based on the requirement provided.\nChange Request: Carry out technical design, technical construction, testing, implementation and deployment for the Change Request.\nEscalate critical problems to the Group Lead / Project Manager.\nPerform standby duties or other urgent duties if required.\nRequirements:\nDegree / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.\nKnowledge in SharePoint .\nPossess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards.\nTeam player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy.\nWillingness to pick up new
