Responsibilities\nLead the Workday Integration Development team, manage daily activities, resolve technical blockers and review deliverables.\nDesign, develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services and XSLT.\nDevelop custom reports and calculated fields to support business and integration requirements.\nConfigure integration security, business processes, ISSGs, ISUs and integration transport methods such as SFTP and Amazon S3.\nPrepare technical design documents and coordinate with functional and technical teams.\nConduct unit testing, support SIT/UAT, troubleshoot defects and manage integration migration and deployment using OX 2.0.\nSupport end-to-end testing, data migration, production cutover and post-implementation hypercare.\nProvide ongoing technical support, resolve integration issues and drive continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.\nStrong hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services and XSLT.\nKnowledge of Workday security configuration, reports, calculated fields and integration migration.\nExperience in testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production support.\nProven technical leadership, team coordination and stakeholder management
