The candidate will support day-to-day infrastructure operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain deployment pipelines, and help improve the availability, performance, and security of client environments.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nUndertake ongoing management, maintenance and administration activity of remote server(s) for clients.\nAttend, manage and rectify technical support queries belonging to active managed hosting services contracts.\nWork on performance tuning, package pulling/installation, updates patch management, network and server management issues.\nManaging helpdesk/tickets and technical support operations for all clients along with planning of scheduled maintenance where ever required.\nLearn new technologies and convert them into customer solutions.\nAchieve successful onboarding of new clients onto the hosting infrastructure. Streamline deployment processes with automation to faster and secure deployment\nDiagnosing, troubleshooting, and rectification of various system resources, software components, or other network infrastructure related problems.\nManage dedicated & virtual servers environment onboarding setups and assist applications deployments as-well-as migration.\nMentoring Network and IT team on various aspects and maintaining ongoing assistance for all vital priorities.\nConstantly improve security practices, deployment and automation methodologies \nMaintain Health check report of IT-Infrastructure, Break-down reports and other analytics as required by management.\nAccountable for compliance of ISO and other security standards.\nWhat We’d Love to See\n1 to 2 years of experience in DevOps, CloudOps, Linux administration, or infrastructure support.\nBasic hands-on knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and RDS.\nGood understanding of Linux commands, file permissions, processes, services, and log analysis.\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, and firewalls.\nBasic experience with Git and at least one CI/CD platform.\nFamiliarity with Docker, container management, and application deployment.\nBasic understanding of Terraform or CloudFormation.\nKnowledge of web servers such as Nginx or Apache and basic database administration concepts.\nFamiliarity with incident troubleshooting, ticket management, and technical documentation.\nGood analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nIt’d Be Great If You Had\nExposure to GCP, Microsoft Azure, or Kubernetes.\nFamiliarity with Ansible or basic scripting using Bash or Python.\nExposure to security scanning tools such as Trivy, Snyk, or OpenVAS.\nUnderstanding of backups, disaster recovery, high availability, and cloud cost optimization.\nExperience with monitoring tools such as Site24x7, New Relic, or Datadog.\nFamiliarity with Magento / Adobe Commerce hosting environments.\nExperience communicating with clients and coordinating technical issue
