data-driven decision-making, are essential for success in this role.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies for eCommerce clients aligned with their business and revenue goals.\nResearch market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities.\nCreate annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans covering acquisition, retention, engagement and conversion initiatives.\nManage and coordinate execution across multiple channels including SEO, Paid Search, Shopping Ads, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Content Marketing.\nWork closely with channel specialists to improve traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), ROAS and overall marketing performance.\nUse analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify Analytics, Adobe Analytics and marketing automation platforms to measure and optimize performance.\nAnalyze customer journeys, identify drop-off points and recommend CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer experience.\nCollaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, budgets, KPIs and growth targets.\nCreate customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer retention, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLV).\nPlan and execute promotional campaigns including seasonal sales, product launches, festive campaigns, BFCM campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.\nPrepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and leadership teams.\nLead the development of marketing assets including case studies, landing pages, blogs, campaign creatives and client success stories.\nCoordinate with technology and platform partners including Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Klaviyo, WebEngage and other martech providers where applicable.\nManage project timelines, campaign execution, stakeholder communication and client expectations across multiple accounts.\nIdentify opportunities for implementing marketing automation, personalization, AI-driven marketing and customer engagement initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness.\nWhat We’d Love To See\nDemonstrated ability to drive growth in client revenue and online sales.\nExperience
