The role involves building and executing automated test strategies, validating complex business workflows and ensuring the reliability, performance and scalability of integrated systems throughout the product lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nManage own productivity, learning and utilization of hours.\nCollaborate with team members to understand project requirements/SOW.\nUnderstand and adapt workflow for QA project based on sprints and milestones.\nManaging QC & UAT for each projects and ensuring deliverables as per scope.\nMaking test plan, test cases for the assigned projects and manage results for them.\nPerform Functional and Non-Functional Testing.\nIdentify and report defects or issues in the project.\nWork closely with the dev team and certify each build as part of internal/external UAT.\nSupporting other team members to achieve project objectives, customer delight and process compliance.\nIn the case of crisis, or breakdown, work along with the tech team to identify the root cause and assist in resolving them.\nFollow QA standards, policies, and procedures.\nAccountable for the code quality, and bug-free delivery of development.\nManaging documentation for QA department & Reporting in desired format.\nAdhere to QA procedures and policies.\nDevelop and execute performance and load-testing scripts.\nWhat We'd Love To See:\n3-5 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on Automation Testing.\nHands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar tools for browser automation and user journey validation, including GA4/GTM event tracking.\nHands-on experience with Locust, k6 or similar tools for load/stress testing and performance analysis.\nStrong expertise in integration and end-to-end testing across APIs, third-party systems and CI/CD environments.\nMandatory experience in product testing, validating business workflows and data flow across interconnected systems.\nExperience testing web, Android and iOS applications.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools like JIRA.\nStrong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\nIt’d Be Great If You Had:\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects.\nAttention to detail and a quality-first mindset.\nISTQB Certification (CTFL)","description_format":"text","description_chars":2458,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Commerce","Data & Analytics","Design & Creative"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-30T14:08:31Z"}],"liveness":{"score":9,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.336,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":106,"expected_fill_days":18,"reasons":["conf:28","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-02T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":12564,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/krish-technolabs-qa-automation-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/krish-technolabs-qa-automation-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-03T01:54:20Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1928,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3072,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-04T00:00:00Z"}}}
