problem-solving.\nWhat We’d Love To See\n5+ years of hands-on experience working across the MERN stack.\nStrong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Express.js.\nDeep understanding of MongoDB, especially data modeling for large-scale applications.\nSolid JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+) and ability to work across frontend and backend.\nExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.\nExposure to microservices architecture and scalable system design.\nFamiliarity with Git, version control practices, and CI/CD workflows.\nAbility to understand business context and make informed technical decisions.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with customers.\nA problem-solving, ownership-driven mindset with adaptability and
