As part of One team, One Kroll, you'll contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers you to excel.\n\nDay-to-day Responsibilities\n\nEndpoint Management & Modern Workplace\n\nAdminister and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments. \nParticipate in the migration of endpoint management workloads from SCCM to Intune. \nDesign and implement modern endpoint management solutions leveraging Microsoft Endpoint Manager. \nManage device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies. \nSupport Windows Autopilot deployment and provisioning strategies. \nDevelop and maintain co-management configurations between SCCM and Intune. \nMonitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance across enterprise devices. \n\nSoftware Packaging & Application Deployment\n\nPackage, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications. \nManage application deployments through SCCM and Intune. \nCreate and maintain deployment standards, detection methods, and remediation scripts. \nSupport application lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, and retirement. \nTroubleshoot software deployment and installation issues. \n\nOperating System Deployment & Device Provisioning\n\nDesign, maintain, and support SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD) solutions. \nBuild and manage task sequences for workstation deployment and refresh activities. \nSupport migration initiatives from traditional imaging to Windows Autopilot and modern provisioning methods. \nMaintain Windows endpoint standards and deployment processes. \n\nEnterprise Print & Scan ServicesAdminister and support PrinterLogic print management solutions.\n\nManage printer deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting. \nAdminister and support ShareScan scanning solutions. \nWork with business units and vendors to maintain scanning workflows and integrations. \n\nAutomation & Process Improvement\n\nDevelop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency. \nIdentify opportunities to streamline endpoint management and software delivery processes. \nContribute to endpoint management roadmaps and modernization initiatives. \n\nEssential Traits\n\n5+ years of experience administering Microsoft SCCM/MECM. \nExperience managing Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment. \nStrong knowledge of application packaging and software deployment methodologies. \nExperience with Operating System Deployment (OSD), task sequences, and workstation provisioning. \nExperience with device compliance, endpoint security, and policy management. \nExperience supporting enterprise print and scan platforms such as PrinterLogic and ShareScan. \nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills. \nExperience supporting Windows 11 environments. \nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. \nExperience leading or participating in SCCM-to-Intune migration projects. \nExperience with Windows Autopilot. \nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). \nExperience with Conditional Access and endpoint security policies. \nExperience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. \nExperience with co-management and cloud attach. \nMicrosoft Endpoint Administrator Associate certification. \n\nKey Technologies\n\nMicrosoft Intune \nMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) \nMicrosoft Endpoint Manager \nWindows Autopilot \nPowerShell \nApplication Packaging & Deployment \nOperating System Deployment (OSD) \n\nAbout Kroll\n\nJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
